A teaser campaign invites people to go on a website and vote for their favorite team. The user can then disturb and sabotage the chase of the other teams. In order to slow down the others even more, the user has to share the adventure on social media.

The giant Subway is back with a gaming experience, à la Sim City, to recruit talented entrepreneurs. Participants are invited to build their own Subway store, train, operate and promote it on a dedicated web platform. As they go through the different steps of the game, players gain points. In order to get a higher score, and increase the chance of winning, they have to share their experience on social media.
The idea is nice but we could not find any interesting project yet. So is it really an effective HR tool? What do you think?
