For the annual edition of 2014 for the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta, Knate Myers wanted to direct a timelapse, capturing hot air balloons flying in the air, in the middle of mountains and the sunset’s horizon. This event gathers more than 500 hot air balloons’ teams for 9 days. A beautiful video to watch.

Designer Ido Garini, founder of Studio Appetit, thought the collection “Luscious Food Cravings”, in collaboration with Dutch studio Lenneke Wispelwey : porcelain utensils in cones and peaks to present food. A food-glorification, captured through photos that remind us of still lives.

Artist Henry Hargreaves, who has always played with food, just released his new pop culture series, combining his passion for Star Wars’ figurine’s packagings and food art. Like Han Solo who ended frozen with carbonite in “Empire Strikes Back”, he wanted to make trophies in chocolate to freeze the heroes of his childhood: Batman, Indiana Jones, Woody, Hulk and also Homer Simpson.
